Thursday, 4 Shvat, is the yahrzeit of Rabbi Yisrael Abu-Chatzeirah z”l, known as “The Babi Sali”. Thousands are expected to make their way to the kever in Netivot, in southern Israel.

On Wednesday night, grandchildren of the Babi Sali and admorim were present in the Abu-Chatzeirah home along with HaGaon HaTzaddik Rav David Shlita, HaGaon HaTzaddik Rav Elazar Shlita, HaGaon HaTzaddik Rav Refael Shlita and HaGaon HaTzaddik Rav Yekutiel Shlita. Seudot mitzvah were held in Netivot, Beersheva and Ashdod.
