Yisrael Beitenu Party leader MK Avigdor Lieberman engaged in a robust confrontation with Arab MK (Ta’al) Talab El-Sana as the latter began addressing a petition to the High Court of Justice seeking to overturn a Central Election Committee decision banning Arab parties from the upcoming general election.

El-Sana mocked Lieberman’s Russian accent, shouting at him “Get the hell out of here!”

In response, Lieberman called him “a clown” and “a terrorist who represents terrorists. We will deal with you like all other Hamas terrorists”.

Quick to defend El-Sana was Meretz Party officials, who are calling on the attorney general to file charges against Lieberman for violating laws against incitement.
