Premiership hopeful Binyamin Netanyahu, the opposition leader in the current Knesset, on Sunday made a trip south, visiting the wounded in Soroka Medical Center in Beersheva.
Netanyahu visited a number of wounded soldiers, and the bedside of 7.5-year-old Orel ben Angela, who was critically injured in a rocket attack in Beersheva on Thursday. He continues fighting for his life (See YWN story HERE) .
Netanyahu stated, “Orel has a strong army behind him and truth be said, the IDF delivered a major blow to Hamas, but the work is not complete because Hamas still rules in Gaza and will once again smuggle weapons”.
