An overturned truck resulted in the closure of Highway 40 in southern Israel during the morning rush hour on Thursday. The truck, carrying phosphorus, turned over and the hazardous material began leaking onto the roadway. There were no injuries reported as a result of the leaking substance.

Hazardous materials officials and firefighters responded from Beersheva.
