The High Court of Justice on Monday rejected an appeal from the father of the terrorist responsible for the Merkaz HaRav Yeshiva terror attack in July, which claimed the lives of eight high school students.
The petition sought to prevent sealing the top two stories of the family home, areas used by the terrorist.
As a result of the court’s decision, the top floors of the home will be sealed off with cement.
