10:07PM IL: In a statement to Gaza residents, Hamas is calling on anyone with a weapon to come out and fight against IDF soldiers, vowing not to surrender.

According to a Channel 2 translation of the Hamas broadcast, the IDF is succeeding in interfering with some of their broadcasts as well as dropping leaflets telling residents to flee for their lives.
