Deputy Prime Minister Eli Yishai on Monday visited rocket-stricken areas to get a first-hand look and to give support to residents. The minister visited Ashkelon, Ashdod, and Netivot. During the visit in Ashkelon, the rockets began flying and his security agents reacted promptly, pushing him to the ground to provide him with shelter.

“It was a most unpleasant experience that I do not wish on anyone,” stated Yishai, who added, “With Hashem’s assistance, at the end, we will emerge victorious”.

“This is a time for prayer, especially to recite tefillos for IDF soldiers”.
