UPDATE FROM IDF SPOKESMAN:
9:07AM Sunday: Brigadier-General Avi Benayahu: considering operations according to schedule, striking Hamas targets. The IDF Homefront Command is continuing to issue directives to residents and deal with issues in southern Israel. Over 250 air force strikes are recorded. “I do not wish to enter into details but we know exactly who were are trying to hit and exactly those we do not wish to hit”.
“We see Hamas headquarters when one floor of the building is a residential home and the second floor is a terrorist headquarters. This is how Hamas acts,” the spokesman added.
We are now in the transition from phase one to phase two. There are many possibilities ahead of us.
