At about 4:32PM Israel time, another Color Red alert was heard in the Greater Sderot Area as Hamas terrorists based in northern Gaza continue to launch attacks. One of the rockets landed near Sapir College, resulting in one light physical injury and a number of people treated for hysteria. Another rocket later in the day landed in a school yard and a number of children were treated for hysteria.

In response, the air force fired at a rocket launcher in northern Gaza.

Defense Minister Ehud Barak continues to announce that “if the ceasefire is not adhered to, Israel will take action,” stressing he is not afraid and will not hesitate to order the IDF into Gaza.
