Soldier Will be Charged for Throwing Rocks at Cops in Chevron

IDF Givati Brigade soldier 25-year-old Avraham Schneider was caught on video throwing rocks at police during the expulsion from Bet HaShalom in Chevron. When questioned by military police, Avraham, who is married and the father of two children admitted to being in Chevron, but denied throwing rocks. Avraham is a resident of Bnei Brak but on that day was staying with a Chevron family.

The soldier continues to deny throwing rocks, but the military prosecutor has a different story and he is asking that Avraham is held without bail. The prosecutor added that when civilians break the law it is most serious but when soldiers, in uniform break the law, it is that much more serious.
