SECURITY/DEFENSE:

*Thursday afternoon: An Israeli was lightly wounded in rock-throwing attacks in Shomron near Chawarah Checkpoint.

*The two suspects in custody for Tuesday stabbing attack of an Arab are reportedly two chareidim, juveniles, residents of the Beis Yisrael neighborhood.

*18:25: An Arab was lightly wounded by rocks thrown by Jews in the Kedumim area.

*18:41: Kassam rocket attack into southern Israel. No injuries reported.

POLITICS, DOMESTIC & MORE:

*Labor primaries opened at 12:00pm. Party officials report if they get 50% voter turnout they will be pleased. The winner expected to be announced Friday morning.

*Police have closed the case against PM Olmert referred to as the Bank Leumi investigation.
