The Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court on Monday rejected a state request to prohibit Noam Federman from entering Yehuda and Shomron. Justice Shulamit Dotan had harsh words for the state and the actions surrounding the October 26th demolition of the Federman home.
A similar request was recently rejected by the Jerusalem District Court (reported HERE on YWN) when Justice Moshe Drori blasted the conduct of state officials.
The perseverance stems from Defense Minister Ehud Barak’s determination to hound Federman and remove residents of Bet HaShalom, having instructed the state to appeal the district court’s ruling of Justice Drori to the Supreme Court.
