Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni stated that undoubtedly, the terrorists in Mumbai knew the details of the buildings targeted, including the Chabad House which represents Jews and Israelis, and buildings with ties to the west, the American and British governments.
She stated with the thousands of buildings in Mumbai, it was not by chance the hotels and the Chabad House were singled out. It appears the death toll in the multi-pronged attack has climbed to 195.
