*Former IDF chief Moshe Ya’alon announced he will be joining Likud, not the newly-forming right-wing bloc. Ya’alon will hold a press conference together with Likud leader Binyamin Netanyahu on Tuesday to officially announce his joining Likud. He will not have a secured slot and he will be compelled to compete in the part primaries.
*Moshe Muskal, who lost his son Refanel in the Second Lebanon War and led a legal battle to oust PM Ehud Olmert, announced he will run for a slot on the Likud lineup.
