Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) will be meeting on Monday to review progress to date in talks to date. The meeting is scheduled to take place in Yerushalayim, the PA’s Dr. Saeb Erekat reported.
It is also being reported that Abu Mazen may call on Olmert to approve one last good-will gesture prior to stepping down, the release of hundreds of additional prisoners by Israel.
Olmert during his tenure has made numerous such ‘good-will gestures’ to the PA (Palestinian Authority), receiving nothing in return, and now appears paralyzed regarding captive soldier Gilad Shalit, who was abducted by Hamas terrorists in a June 2006 cross-border attack in southern Israel.

The title of this post should read,”Olmert will put the lives of more Israelis at risk.”
This guy is a super creep.
Let the Jewish inmates free, the ones who were arrested for self-defense against Arabs. They were detained without evidence or reason.
Let’s hope that him and his party lose all power in the upcoming elections (not that anyone else is much better).
I’ve suggested before on this forum that this traitor Olmert ought to be exchanged for Gilad Shalit. He can then have as many talks he wants with his Palestinian pals.
