Tens of thousands of PA (Palestinian Authority) residents on Tuesday are expected to make their way to the Ramallah grave of Yasser Arafat, marking four years since his death.

Arafat died of a mysterious infection in a French hospital, and some of his closest aides blamed his death on Israel, calling it an assassination.
