11:04AM IL: A policeman and possibly a passerby were stabbed and moderately wounded in Jerusalem’s Gilo neighborhood a short time ago. The attack occurred on Vardinon Street. The policeman managed to recover after the initial assault and neutralized the lone terrorist according to one report. Conflicting reports state the terrorist, believed to be an Israeli Arab, fled the scene.

11:10 IL: It is now being reported that an Israeli civilian was murdered in the stabbing attack that occurred a short time ago on Vardinon Street in the Gilo neighborhood of the capital. Two policemen were injured as well, apparently both in serious condition. A large police force is operating in the area. The lone terrorist is in custody.
