In my neighborhood (Givat Shaul), it stayed dry during yom tov, but when I woke up at 3 AM I saw pretty big clouds and I heard thunder in the distance. Close to the end of yom tov, at around 5:30 PM, it was also very cloudy and looking very rainy.
Last night, knowing what rain would come (and knowing that I have been sick with some unknown flue virus for 4 weeks now), I covered my sukkah with a big plastic covering and slept in the house. (Since I only had 6 hours to sleep and wasn’t feeling well in the first place, I didn’t have much of a choice…)

Dunno where YWN got its info from. The rain cleared up midday Wednesday, and has been perfect Sukkos weather since then. Slightly cool; blue skies – gevaldig. Chag Somayach.
