Security forces in Eretz Yisrael remain on high alert as Rosh Hashanah approaches. Intelligence officials reported on Monday morning that there are tens of warnings of planned terror attacks. A closure has been placed on PA (Palestinian Authority) residents of Yehuda and Shomron during Rosh Hashanah as a preventative measure.

During the early afternoon hours on Monday, a Kassam rocket was launched by Hamas-based terrorists. The rocket landed short of its intended target, touching down in a northern Hamas-controlled area of Gaza.
