Israel’s Supreme Court on Sunday issued a provisional order in response to petitions filed by left-wing organizations regarding the conscription of bnei yeshivos to the IDF.

The judges demanded that the State explain its failure to increase efforts to draft bnei yeshivos “in the scope appropriate to the needs of the IDF as presented from time to time by the professional elements in the army.”

The judges also demanded that the government explain why no effective enforcement measures are being implemented against bnei yeshivos who have already received draft orders and failed to heed them.

The government must submit an affidavit of response to the court by June 24, 2025.

The provisional order indicates the court’s intention to accept the petitions and obligate the government to issue more conscription orders to bnei yeshivos and enforce criminal sanctions against those who fail to heed them.

  1. Lowlife kangaroo Court, can you explain why the head of shin bet, who was aware in advance that a major attack is about to happen on Simchas Torah last year, and knowingly ignored it, has not been jailed yet?
Lowlife kangaroo Court, can you explain how the state of Israel is still existing despite some major hostile powers trying to destroy it, if not for the זכות התורה?
Lowlife kangaroo Court, can you explain how any soldier manages to get out alive from the most dangerous place in the world called Gaza if not for the זכות התורה?

  2. Mark my word:- By June 24th, the Supreme court shall suffer a devastating מפלה Mapolo the likes of which has never befallen them before exactly as המן & his cronies suffered a devastating מפלה ahead of ביום שלושה עשר לחודש אדר the likes of which had never befallen them before.
