The Hamas terror organization has rejected Israel’s most recent proposal for a ceasefire/hostage release deal.

Senior Hamas terrorist Khalil al-Hayya claimed that “Netanyahu set impossible conditions for a deal that does not bring about an end to the war or full withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.”

Al-Hayya, who heads Hamas’s negotiation team, added that “Hamas is ‘willing’ to immediately hold negotiations for the release of hostages in return for an agreed-upon number of prisoners and a complete cessation of the war and a total withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.”

Senior Hamas terrorist abroad Mahmoud Mardawi said on Thursday evening: “Any agreement must include a permanent ceasefire, a full Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, a prisoner exchange deal, the lifting of the blockade, and the beginning of reconstruction efforts.”

“Hamas rejects any partial or temporary arrangement that could be used to entrench the occupation. Hamas stresses its commitment to the option of resistance by all means, especially arms, which is not up for discussion.”
