An Israeli Air Force aircraft on Tuesday morning attacked a group of terrorists who opened fire at IDF forces in the southern Syrian Golan Heights, the IDF spokesperson said.
According to reports in Syria, at least five people were killed as a result of the attack, which was carried out by a drone.
B’Chasdei Hashem, the IDF troops that came under fire were not injured.
Syrian media reported that the incident occurred in the village of Kuwaya in the Daraa region, an area that was controlled by a radical ISIS faction in the past.
Additionally, overnight Monday, the IDF attacked Assad-era military sites deep inside Syria, following a similar attack overnight Friday.
IDF forces are currently conducting extensive security operations in southern Syria, aiming to prevent the establishment of hostile Iranian elements.

To be fair. This took place in syria which means you can’t label the fighters “terrorists”. Israel may be justified. But they are the invaders.
I am sure the Syrian paper reported this as “Israeli terrorists kill 5 husbands”
