New chilling footage of the Israeli-Arab terrorist who carried out a murderous stabbing spree in Hadera on Wednesday showed that he wandered the streets of the city searching for victims before he began his rampage, and among other places tried to enter a kindergarten.

The video also shows a Chareidi woman and her baby narrowly missing being targeted when they passed by the terrorist.

Sadly, Rafael Mordechai Fishoff, H’yd, an avreich and father of seven who was critically injured in the attack, passed away of his wounds on Thursday morning.
