IDF Says They Conducted Multiple Strikes In Dahieh, Lebanon

Over the past few hours, the IAF conducted a series of intelligence-based strikes on Hezbollah weapons storage facilities in the Dahieh area, a key Hezbollah terrorist stronghold in Beirut, where Hezbollah has systematically embedded its terrorist infrastructure amidst the Lebanese civilian population, cynically exploiting them as a human shield.

Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk to civilians, including issuing advance warnings to the population in the area.

These strikes are a part of the IDF’s ongoing efforts to dismantle and degrade Hezbollah’s military capabilities. The IDF is continuing to strike Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure sites in the Dahieh area.

IDF Expands Operations Against Terrorist Targets in Gaza and Southern Lebanon

The IDF has intensified targeted operations in both the Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon, dismantling significant terrorist infrastructure and weaponry.

In southern Lebanon, IDF forces conducted localized strikes on weapons storage facilities and other key terrorist sites using artillery and aerial attacks. Over the last day, troops uncovered and dismantled rocket and anti-tank missile launchers, explosive stockpiles, and command centers. Multiple launchers aimed at Israeli communities were also located and neutralized.

Simultaneously, in Gaza’s Beit Lahia and Jabaliya areas, IDF operations uncovered large weapon caches and eliminated dozens of terrorists through air and ground assaults. A terrorist cell that had launched anti-tank missiles and attacked IDF troops was neutralized, and an airstrike targeted a weapons facility as a terrorist attempted to transfer arms into it.

In total, the IAF struck more than 100 terrorist targets across Gaza and Lebanon in the past day, including launchers, weapons storage sites, command centers, and other key facilities threatening Israeli security.

WATCH: IDF Strikes Islamic Jihad Command Centers and Infrastructure in Syria

The IDF launched airstrikes today targeting key infrastructure and command centers of the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization in Syria, resulting in substantial damage to its facilities and operatives.

Islamic Jihad, alongside Hamas and under the direction of leaders outside Gaza, played a role in the October 7th attack on Israel. The group also supports Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, with ongoing operations aimed at Israel, and acts as an Iranian proxy under direct guidance from Iran. Furthermore, Islamic Jihad operates within Syria, shielded by the Syrian regime.

IDF Destroys Over 140 Hezbollah Launchers in Southern Lebanon

In the past week, the Israeli Air Force has neutralized more than 140 Hezbollah rocket launchers in southern Lebanon, which posed a direct threat to Israeli civilians and IDF troops in the region. Among those targeted were launchers responsible for recent attacks on the Western Galilee and central Israel.

The strikes also eliminated key Hezbollah leaders, including a battalion operations commander, an anti-tank missile commander, and a company commander within Hezbollah’s elite Radwan Forces.

Additionally, IDF operations over the week have led to the elimination of over 200 Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon. The ongoing actions aim to weaken Hezbollah’s capacity to launch attacks on Israel’s northern border, with the IDF reaffirming its commitment to neutralizing threats to Israeli security.

IDF Commando Brigade Conducts Targeted Raids on Hezbollah Positions in Southern Lebanon

IDF Commando Brigade units, including Egoz, Maglan, and Duvdevan soldiers, are carrying out precise ground operations on new enemy targets in southern Lebanon, supported by detailed intelligence. These limited raids are taking place in dense, mountainous terrain, where Hezbollah has set up “combat compounds,” some within civilian villages used to launch rocket attacks on Israel.

During one of the operations, troops discovered a 32-barrel rocket launcher aimed at Israel, as well as a range of additional weapons and combat equipment. All of these items were confiscated and destroyed, while IDF forces continue to eliminate threats from both the ground and the air.

IDF Targets Hezbollah’s Missile Production and Weapons Storage Facilities Hidden in Beirut’s Dahieh District

The IDF has dismantled a substantial number of Hezbollah’s underground weapons production and storage facilities located within the Dahieh district of Beirut, a stronghold for the terrorist organization. These sites, hidden beneath civilian infrastructure, were used for manufacturing and storing hundreds of missiles and rockets aimed at Israel.

For the past two decades, Hezbollah has covertly built dozens of these facilities in Dahieh, often concealing them below residential buildings and other public spaces. In recent weeks, as part of the IDF’s Operation “Northern Arrows,” IAF aircraft have conducted targeted strikes on these facilities, following extensive intelligence gathering by the IDF’s Intelligence Directorate. During the strikes, secondary explosions confirmed the presence of stored weaponry, underscoring the massive stockpile Hezbollah has amassed over the years.

One of the major targets was a missile production site, first publicly disclosed by Israel at the United Nations General Assembly in 2020. This facility, located in Beirut’s Choueifat neighborhood beneath five residential buildings housing approximately 50 families and situated near a school, was reportedly used to manufacture components for long-range precision missiles capable of striking deep into Israel.

The IDF has taken steps to avoid civilian casualties by issuing evacuation warnings ahead of airstrikes and utilizing precision munitions. The presence of Hezbollah’s hidden weapons directly endangers local residents, who often remain unaware of the explosives stored beneath their homes. This risk was tragically highlighted by the 2020 Port of Beirut explosion, caused by improperly stored ammonium nitrate—a substance also used in Hezbollah’s weapon production. That blast killed around 190 civilians and injured thousands, illustrating the deadly consequences of Hezbollah’s practices.

IDF Unveils Sixth Submarine, INS “Drakon,” as a Strategic Addition Amid Wartime Operations

In the midst of ongoing regional conflict, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has introduced its newest naval asset, the INS “Drakon,” a cutting-edge Dolphin AIP-class submarine poised to enhance Israel’s combat capabilities across multiple operational fronts. The submarine was officially named today in a ceremony held at the “Kiel” shipyard in Germany, attended by key figures including the Commander in Chief of the Israeli Navy, Vice Admiral David Saar Salama; Zeev Landau, Deputy Director General of the Israel Ministry of Defense and Head of the Defense Procurement Directorate (DPD); and Israel’s Ambassador to Germany, Ron Prosor.

The INS Drakon’s name, meaning “Dragon,” was selected as a symbol of strength and power and incorporates the Hebrew letters ד׳, ק׳, ר׳, in homage to the legacy of the IDF’s previous INS Dakar and its crew. The ceremony also marked the beginning of construction on the next generation of IDF submarines, part of the “Dakar” class, which are slated for delivery in the early 2030s.

Equipped with advanced technologies, the INS Drakon is expected to join the IDF fleet in 2025. Upon its arrival in Israel, it will bolster the navy’s strategic operations with its extended range and capability-enhancing systems, allowing it to serve as a powerful tool for defense and deterrence across multiple operational arenas.

  6. @somejewiknow:

You remind me (& all of us) of that person from the town of Chelm, who went to the big city to acquire wisdom. When he arrived to the town square he stopped at one of the stalls in the market. He started a conversation with the merchant. Telling him that hails from Chelm and he came to acquire wisdom. the merchant told him that for Ten rubles he is ready to teach him a trick. the chelm’er gladly paid the Ten Rubles. The merchant put his own hand down on the table. he told the Chelm’er to punch him hard with his fist. The Chelm’er complied. When the merchant pulled his hand away quickly the Chelm’er got his knuckles hurt.
Chelm’er goes back home. His friend asked him…NU, What did you learn in the big town. First get me a table. Friend says there’s no table. Chelm’er puts his hand up against his nose…Punch my hand hard. Chelm’er pulls his hand away auickly. He got his nose punched very hard…!
The story is a bit long. But everyone gets the point. If you’re happy that the “Zionists got punished”, you’re only hurting yourself. Your own nose is knocked out of shape…LOL…!

  7. Shoot them out of the sky. They are potentially in the act of committing a henious crime. This is war time: first shoot and them investigate.

  8. To Sketch Master:
You wrote a nice comment there.
I have a funny feeling that some of the people that can write nasty comments about Zionists getting killed, they are the same guys who travel to Iran and kiss all the top people in the government. I don’t know for sure if this guy is connected to Iran, but in general when you meet someone who tells you that he is excited that Jews are getting beheaded and burnt alive in the ovens, this guy is one day going to get it big. Even the 80% who never left Mitzraim, they were 100 billion times better than these rotten animals who go to Iran and kiss and hug all the big terrorists.

  9. To the people who are writing comments against the Israeli army:
I read in a Sefer different stories about the
    חורבן בית שני
To make a long story short, during the Churban while the gentiles were tearing us to pieces, there were a number of Jewish people that were attacking other Jewish people, literally simultaneously, the gentiles were smashing us and common sense would tell us that all the Jewish people should unite and fight together one common enemy. Instead what happened, some Jewish people chose to attack other Jewish people at the exact same time when the gentiles were attacking us.
From the comments above I can see very clearly that history repeats itself.
Let us not forget, that when Hitler killed 6 million Yidden, he took everyone, he didn’t care if you were Satmar, Lubavitch, Bobov, Belz, Gur, Breslov, Nusach Ashkenaz, Nusach Sefard, he couldn’t care less, if you had Jewish blood, you were shoved into cattle cars, once you got shoved into a cattle car, you were not physically able to hurt another Yid. So I ask you, was it really worth it to hurt so many Yidden during the past 30 years and now you find yourself in a cattle car on the way to Auschwitz????????????
This is what happened by the
    חורבן בית שני
    ————
This is what happened in Europe during the years of 1936, 1937,1938 and etc. Kristal Nacht was the first punishment.
This is exactly was is happening today 2024- history repeats itself.

  10. Israel is making every mistake in the book we have no right to bomb Iran nukes or to not surrender for prisoner exchange with gaza and to keep on killing purely innocent people if their leaders believe in a monetary and better life conflict on the Moslem belief that they are now the Jews with rights to the land that was stolen from them and they are getting discriminated from a paper dirty USA money that is haughtiness but the people that will be there in the last and end when the state of Israel is no longer maybe are the anti zionist that hurt nothing and nobody but peoples wrong dreams cause the evil state will not bring us close to any moshiach only bad stuff no neshamah will come to the geulah with a smell of the state of hellinisum and these people that know they are Jewish and can get killed might be the last people in Jerusalem that they will let stay there and this is saving those children that come from arab marriage that no person can talk about but recently saw a video on YouTube of the Israeli army carrying a dead body out of a old house in a Palestinian village probably from a kidnapping

  11. This had to write in separate comment on the last thing realize that in the mikvah the people but on the tzitzose and shirt first underwear come after that
