Hezbollah’s Nasrallah Warns Israel Of Expanded Rocket Attacks, Threatens to Target New Towns

In an address marking the Shiite festival of Ashura, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah warned Israel that the Lebanese terror group may soon target towns that haven’t been subjected to rocket attacks yet, if the IDF “continues to strike civilians.”

Nasrallah’s threat came after Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon killed five people, including three Syrian children, prompting Hezbollah to fire 100 rockets into northern Israel in four separate waves.

“If your tanks come to southern Lebanon, you will not suffer a shortage of tanks, because you will have no tanks left,” Nasrallah warned, hinting at a robust response to any ground incursion.

He vowed to continue attacks against Israel as long as the war in Gaza persists, denying rumors of a diplomatic settlement to halt the conflict on the Lebanese border. “All that is being circulated about a finalized agreement regarding the situation on the Lebanese front is incorrect,” he claimed.

Nasrallah pledged to rebuild border towns and make them “more beautiful than they were,” praising residents for providing a “steadfast environment” to fighters of the “resistance.”
