The Almagor terror victims’ association last week sent a letter to Prime Minister Ehud Olmert requesting that he not engage in a deal to free IDF soldier Gilad Shalit “at any price,” explaining recent event regarding prisoner exchange deals have been detrimental.

The organization which represents victims of terror and their families, explains that while the government must work towards obtaining the release of Shalit and other soldiers, the concept of “at any price” is not acceptable and not in the interest of the state.
