The Israeli Navy and the Air Force are increasing their activities in tandem with the expanded ground operation in Gaza in order to neutralize threats to the foot soldiers.

IDF fighter jets and helicopters alongside naval vessels, drones, and artillery forces are assisting the ground forces in precisely targeting and carrying out airstrikes. In addition, real-time intelligence is immediately transmitted to the Air Force and Navy, enabling coordinated strikes by all forces.

Brig.-Gen. T. the commander of the 105th Squadron, Lt. Col. T. said: “The Air Force assists with fire and is an aerial umbrella and a protective force for the soldiers on the ground. The attacks are of an intensity that Hamas has never encountered.”
