The Israel Ministry of Defense has recently received a cargo plane from the United States, carrying the initial shipment of armored vehicles designated for use by the IDF. The vehicles are being transferred to the IDF to replace those damaged during the war.
This delivery is part of a large-scale procurement operation led by the Israel Ministry of Defense’s Directorate of Production and Procurement (DOPP) and the US Procurement Mission, aimed at bolstering the IDF’s fleet of vehicles to address a range of operational scenarios.
Director General of the Ministry of Defense, Maj. Gen. (res.) Eyal Zamir has authorized procurement orders both within Israel and internationally, amounting to over NIS 400 million.
This procurement effort aligns with the specific needs of the IDF and encompasses a diverse array of specialized vehicles, including armored ambulances, operational armored vehicles, tactical trucks, and mechanical engineering equipment.
Hundreds of vehicles have already been delivered to the IDF by the Israel Ministry of Defense, with several hundred more currently en route to Israel.

The headline and the article are slightly misleading.
There are not hundreds of armored vehicles on one plane as the headline “ WATCH: Israel Receives US Cargo Plane With Hundreds Of Armored Vehicles“ suggests.
I would imagine that they were probably 8 to 12 armored vehicles on that particular jet.
Fantastic! Let’s go get our precious hostages back safely and wipe away Amalek!

YWN please please get a proofreader to check all headlines! No plane can hold HUNDREDS of armored vehicles

I’m pretty sure hundreds of vehicles won’t fit into that plane.
I’m surprised that everyone’s still surprised that YWN’s headlines are misleading!

The main thing Israel needs right now are replacement missiles for Iron Dome, before (G-d forbid) Hizbollah and Hamas start coordinating large-scale missile attacks, which reports suggest would overwhelm the critical defensive system.
