President Isaac Herzog strongly condemns the global accusations that Israel targeted the hospital in Gaza, describing them as “a blood libel.”

In a tweet, he points out that it was an Islamic Jihad missile that caused casualties at a Gazan hospital, emphasizing that hospitals should be places where lives are saved. Herzog also criticizes the media for spreading what he calls a “21st-century blood libel” by accepting the claims of Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

He further denounces the Gaza terrorists for intentionally causing harm to innocent people.

President Herzog underscores that Israel is confronting an enemy driven by pure evil and calls on those who stand for humanity and the value of all human life to stand with Israel.
