The Roshei Yeshivos of Slabodka, HaGaon HaRav Dov Landau and HaGaon HaRav Moshe Hillel Hirsch, have instructed that Talmudei Torah throughout Israel remain closed.
Each father should learn with their children at home, the Gedolim said.
On Monday, a rocket hit a building next to a Talmud Torah in Beitar Illit. The buildings were empty at the time but passersby were injured, including a ten-year-old boy.

Kollelim will be closed? What about the rebbeim who teach in an open beis medrash that has young kids?
The rule allows up to 50 gathering indoors
But I’m still hearing the kids play outside all day
From what I understood the statement was that Talmudey Torah that don’t usually open until next week shouldn’t davka open like the Yeshivos were told.
They aren’t saying that Talmudey Torahs that usually open davka shouldn’t open.
What about those fathers who have been called up to fight to defend Klal Yisrael – who should learn with their children? There are over 70 men and boys from my Shul who have been called up – and at least some of them have children at home too.
