In acts reminiscent of the Holocaust, Hamas terrorists slaughtered entire families, men, women, and children, after infiltrating Gazan border yishuvim and towns on Shabbos/Simchas Torah.
In the community of Kibbutz Nir Oz, an entire family were murdered – the parents, Tamar and Yonatan Kedem-Siman Tov, their six-year-old daughters Shachar and Arbel, and their four-year-old son Omer.

Another horrific story was that of Itai and Hadas Berdichevsky, H’yd, both 30, of Kfar Gaza, who were both murdered by Hamas terrorists. Their ten-month-old twins survived but lay next to their dead parents for 12-14 hours before they were discovered.

In 1982 the Israelis gave back the Sinai Peninsula and that was a large buffer zone. Then they gave
Gaza back. Israel is too small to be surrounded by enemies and have no buffer zone.
