Jordanian Foreign Minister Salah Basher announced on Monday that his country is not about to permit Israel to ignore the Annapolis understanding and he expects Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to implement the first part of the Road Map Agreement. Basher was meeting with visiting Meretz MK Yossi Beilin, who flew to Jordan.

Jordan’s prime minister told Beilin that ongoing construction throughout Yehuda and Shomron are a blow to regional peace efforts.
