Israel on Monday released a first statement relating to the recent assassination of the most senior military advisor to Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad, General Muhmad Suleiman. The general was murdered by sniper fire (reported HERE on YWN).
Sky News on Monday, quoting an “Israeli source” reported that Israel denies any culpability, adding there are no tears being shed in Jerusalem, but at present, Israel is working towards developing a dialogue with Damascus.
