The election campaign is underway and opposition leader Binyamin Netanyahu is not wasting time, accusing the ruling Kadima Party of giving away Yerushalayim to “our worst enemies”.
Netanyahu made his remarks during a conference hosted at Mossad HaRav Kook that addressed morality in leadership, explaining that the ruling party is not only compromising the future of the capital and jeopardizing the future of the capital, but Kadima is willing to make concessions that compromise the future security of Israel.
He added that while Jerusalem was lost during history, the Jewish People always fought for city while Kadima is literally abandoning it. “I am willing to die for this as I am certain you are,” he stated in reference to his comments calling for instilling Jewish identity in the nation’s education system.
