Israeli farmers are reporting that with Hizbullah assistance, Lebanese farmers have increased water pumping from the Wazzani River by about 40%. The Wazzani is a source which feeds the Kinneret.
According to Dubi Amitai, representing northern farmers, the increased Lebanese pumping is having a major impact on Israeli farmers, adding Israeli government officials are well aware of what is taking place but they are turning a blind eye to avoid a confrontation with Hizbullah.
In an official statement from the Ministry of National Infrastructure and from Mekorot Water Authority officials, the matter is not verified and it is being investigated. Government officials add that according to hydrographic data from Nachal Snir, there is no increase in the pumping volume in Lebanon.
Amitai insists he is correct, adding, “Hizbullah is now taking our water. Their crops are flourishing and they have increased their crops and subsequently water usage since the beginning of the summer.”

I have an idea:
BLOW IT UP! A simple bomb or enough gezunta shots from a helicopter should do the trick.
This is similar to the Nazis, YM”SH, blowing up the water pipes that led to the Warsaw Ghetto.
