Dozens of Israeli security forces arrived in Shuafat refugee camp in Yerushalayim to demolish the home of the terrorist Udai Tamimi, who killed Israeli soldier Noa Lazar Hy”d last October.

The demolition was met with resistance from Palestinian protesters, who threw Molotov cocktails and pipe bombs at Israeli security forces.

One Israeli police officer was slightly wounded in the clashes, while one Palestinian – who approached police with a fake gun – was shot and killed.

Tamimi was killed in a shootout with security guards 10 days after the October terrorist attack following a massive manhunt.

The demolition of Tamimi’s house is part of a policy by the Israeli government to deter potential terrorists. The Israeli government has stated that it will continue to take action against those who threaten the safety of its citizens.
