The Vizhnitzer Rebbe arrived at the home of the Sanzer Rebbe in Kiryat Sanz in Netanya for a special visit on Wednesday evening.
During the visit, which lasted for a long time, they discussed the minhag of hanachas tefillin on Chol Hamoed for bochurim and the minhag of the Sanzer Rebbe and their descendants to don tefillin b’nusach Ashkenaz.
The Sanzer Rebbe said that when his father, the Ba’al Shefa Chaim, z’tl, became Bar Mitzvah, his father, the Rav of Rudnik, z’tl, purchased tefillin b’nusach Sefard and promised him that a day will come that he’ll put on tefillin b’nusach Ashkenaz like his ancestors.
And his words were fulfilled as during the Holocaust, the Klausenburger Rebbe almost never missed a day of putting on tefillin, and at one point, the only tefillin available to him were b’nusach Ashkenaz. After the Holocaust, the Rebbe and his descendants continued to use tefillin b’nusach Ashkenaz.
The Vizhnitzer Rebbe, who spent the last several days in Netanya, praised the midas hachnasas orchim in Kiryat Sanz and mentioned that whenever his chassidim are in the city, they always have a place to stay.
After the Sanzer Rebbe served refreshments to the Vizhnitzer Rebbe, he requested to speak with him privately. The two spoke alone for about 25 minutes before parting.

I am very happy to hear that these important people did not waste any time by discussing stupid topics like: reducing the cost of living for Jews, improving our business ethics, reducing sinat chinam, countering anti-Semitism, Jewish self-defense, or helping Israel, because those discussions would be a complete waste of time.
Dont understand This Square Root , more like nut root (not everything)
Must be some Typo error
I was there he said my father was a bigger tzaddik than your father
To modox
They were discussing the Miriad chesed organizations that are rubo Kekulo created and run by chareidim, their huge Torah networks that are growing faster than any modox Torah umadaa institution.
Sinat chinam no one is exempt from, the only difference is you fight for what’s important to you like the mesorah of ones father while others fight over nonsense. at least they are fighting over something that’s important
Square Rot, Your hate for them is screaming from your comments, you probably work for the NYT. BTW, it seems like you got to hear their 25min private talk…
What is “Tefillin Nusach Ashkenaz” and “Nusach Sefard”?
Does that mean Ksav Beis Yosef and not Ksav Ari?
Or does it mean wrapping the Shel Yad inwards as opposed to outwards?
Or does it mean a square Kesher on the Shel Rosh instead of a Daled?
& what was the all important conclusion which we are all frantically still awaiting to know:- Did אברהם אבינו and משה רבינו lay their תפילין way of נוסך אשכנז or way of נוסך ספרד?
