Kosel Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz and the Keren Moreshet Kotel HaMaravi are making arrangements that during the Three Weeks, a group of mispalalim will be constantly davening opposite Har HaBayis, in the Kosel Tunnel.

Groups of 40 mispalalim will be in the Kosel Tunnel davening at a time. Space is limited and those wishing to participate are urged to make arrangements sooner rather than later. Contact information for this program was not provided.
