IDF soldiers working in tandem with ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) agents apprehended a four-man terror cell in Shechem. According to the report, the terrorists were responsible for bombing attacks against Israelis.

One of the suspects in custody is a 21-year-old university student who was already imprisoned in Israel and released.
