The Mita of the Sar Hatorah, Hagaon HaRav Chaim Kanievsky seen in the room where he spent nearly his entire life sitting and learning.
The Levaya will take place on Sunday morning, where more than a half a million people are expected to attend.
The decision to make the Levaya on Sunday was done to prevent Chillul Shabbos, and for Kavod Hatorah.

Idk what is and isn’t kavod hatorah, but I can’t imagine this picture is. I get why it’s posted, but please consider taking it down
Agree. Please remove it.
I cannot agree more with Whitecar comment but not only should this awful disrespectful, hurtful, painful photo be taken down, YWN should be SHUT DOWN if it posts a picture of a tzadik and godol hador in this state!!!!!!This is the exact opposite of KAVOD HAMES! YWN crossed the line!!!!!!!!
HOW DARE YOU PUT UP A PICTURE OF HIM LIKE THIS
TAKE IT DOWN RIGHT NOW!!!!!
To those above who are uncomfortable with the picture; what about the mitta/guf meis of a tzaddik, or of anyone else, seems disgraceful to you? Perhaps might this be an American influence (and not a Torah one) because you are used to coffins instead of a Torah-true levaya?
