IDF soldiers on Monday are scheduled to begin exhuming the bodies of 199 terrorists from the Galil cemetery used exclusively for terrorists. In the meantime, government officials are expected to receive the Hizbullah report on Ron Arad, which will by reviewed and most likely approved.

Simultaneously, President Shimon Peres is expected to grant clemency to Samir Kuntar and some time next week, officials are expected to move towards the actual exchange deal which will bring home Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser.
