Former Labor Party MK Dr. Ephraim Sneh will on Monday hold the founding conference of his new Yisrael Chazakah (Strong Israel) party. In the coming days, the party will be officially registered and will be added to the parties that will compete in the next national election.

Sneh left Labor after deciding the current realities in his party were no longer acceptable to him, determined to launch a new party and re-enter the Knesset on his own merit, confident the public will see him for his values and ideals, a staunch advocate of integrity in public service.
