After a second vandalism attack at the Jerusalem apartment building of senior Women of the Wall official Peggy Cidor, the victim told Israel Radio the threatening graffiti is without a doubt the direct result of the incitement against Women of the Wall by the chareidi rabbonim.
Cidor warns the rabbis must stop inciting the situation before a catastrophe occurs. She blames the rabbis directly for the latest attack, which contained a warning to Cidor to be careful. Police are investigating.

Incitement causes violence.
and surveilance videos (if they have them) would show her spray painting it)
Not so much rabbis as charedi politicians, askanim and journalists who have created a mountain out of a molehill so that they would have something to moan and bloviate about.
Mrs. Cidor may have been misled by the fact that many of these blowhards choose to append the (wholly unearned) title of ‘Rabbi’ to their name.
I wonder if her name is pronounced Kidor. It would then appropriately fit the pasuk
כי דור תהפוכות המה
Cidor is we give to mamzerim from that passuk cited by #4.
And criticism does equal “incitement”.
