Interior Minister Meir Sheetrit told Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) on Sunday morning that he plans to vote in favor of the Hizbullah prisoner exchange deal regardless of the remarks that will be made to the cabinet my Mossad and ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) officials.

Sheetrit explained that we have a moral obligation to bring “our boys home” that supersedes all other considerations. He stated that for him, this most remain at the forefront of every minister who is making up his mind since this sends a message to every soldier and future soldier and they must know that they will never be forgotten.
