Addressing an audience in the Brookings Institute in Washington, Economy Minister Naftali Bennett spoke about Israel’s concerns vis-à-vis the Iranian nuclear threat, stating there is not another nation in the world that wishes to see an end to that threat more than Israel.

In the middle of his address the minister added “King David founded the Jewish state, our eternal capital 3,000 years ago. For thousands of years after that the Jewish People fought with all those who chased it and sought our destruction but we survived. We endured and became stronger while preserving our land and our religion.”
