An IDF officer opened fire during the night (Wednesday to Thursday) 4 Kislev 5774 at an Arab motorist near Naalin after the latter tried to run him down.

The company commander opened fire after it appeared the driver tried to run him over while he was standing outside his vehicle.

The Arab motorist fled. A search was launched and the abandoned vehicle was found in the area later in the night. It appears the driver was uninjured by the officer’s gunfire.
