The Tara dairy has announced a recall for 3% homogenized milk sold in one liter cartons bearing an expiration date of November 13, 2013. Despite reports the milk is spoiled, Tara insists this is not so, but it is conducting the recall nonetheless.
Tara explains after receiving a small number of complaints from consumers that the milk described above was sour, it has decided to conduct a recall.
Anyone with the milk is instructed to call 1-800-777-333, the company’s toll free consumer line.
