At about 3:38PM local time on Monday afternoon, a Katyusha rocket slammed down on Eli HaCohen Street in the southern city of Ashkelon.

According to Magen David Adom emergency medical service personnel, three people are being treated for hysteria. Officials in Barzilai Hospital report one person arrived at the emergency room with shrapnel injuries to the head and is listed in moderate condition. (Yechiel Spira – YWN Israel)
