Former MK Chaim Yellin, who lives in the Gaza border area, videoed the explosion of an incendiary balloon he saw driving to work on Sunday morning.
The launching of terror balloons from the Gaza Strip resumed last week after months of quiet, sparking numerous fires in southern Israel.
Yellin called Fire and Rescue Services and five minutes later they were at the scene putting out the fire.
