Sara Netanyahu, the wife of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, was released from Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital on Friday after eight days of hospitalization.

The prime minister’s wife was hospitalized last Thursday and was diagnosed with appendicitis. She underwent an appendectomy that night.

On Wednesday, Netanyahu made a historic visit to Meron, where he davened for his wife’s recovery, among other things.

Netanyahu’s son Yair davened for his mother’s recovery at Kever Shmuel HaNavi in Jerusalem on Thursday.
